Asi Shalgi served as a Director General of Israel’s Ministry of Energy and Infrastructures. During his tenure as DG he was responsible for the legislation resulting in Israel’s New Electricity Law allowing the involvement of Independent Power Producers (IPP) and the establishment of the Public Utility Authority, the regulator of the energy sector. The authority is the primary vehicle for decentralization of the electricity market in the country.
Dana Caspi and Nissan Caspi are the co-founders of G.P. Global Power Ltd. where Nissan served as the CEO and Dana was the CFO. Each, with strong backgrounds in project-finance, realized the potential of privatization of the electricity market. With a small but vibrant team of experts, they built the IPM Beer Tuvia 450MW power plant and later took the company public on the TASE.
Over the past few years, they have been focused on the development of independent energy microgrids in Europe through their fully owned company, IP Innovative Power GmbH.

Shmuel is an experienced tech executive with over 25 years of technology development, entrepreneurship and management experience.
Prior to joining OSEG, Shmuel served as the CEO of RDC, the corporate fund of Rafael, in full partnership with Elron (TASE: ELRN). He was a Managing Partner at Karta Partners, a corporate development consulting boutique (M&A and management consulting).
Elie is a technology expert with vast experience as an entrepreneur and manager. He served as the head of the Mossad Technology Division.
Founder and CEO of Silver-Arrow, a leading developer of advanced UAV systems which was acquired by Elbit Systems.
Co-Founder and CEO of Engineuity R&D Ltd, a startup company which has developed a small scale, high efficiency, novel method of gas to liquid conversion.

Geert Peeters has been the Group Director & Chief Financial Officer of CLP Holdings since 1 April 2014. He was appointed Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer with effect from 1 January 2016 with additional responsibility for Group business development oversight.
Austin R. Bryan is the Senior Director – Innovation, CLP Holdings Limited.
Austin joined CLP Holdings in May 2016 as Senior Director – Innovation, leading the company’s innovation & ventures strategy in the face of challenges presented by digital disruption. He is also a Director of various subsidiary companies of the CLP Group
Hemant Joshi is currently working as Senior Director – Business Development and Asset Management Oversight with CLP Holdings Limited. In that role, he is responsible for overseeing the Group’s global investments and capital allocation. Prior to this, Mr. Joshi worked as Sr. Vice President – Corporate Finance and Treasury with CLP India where he arranged multiple financings, including the first partially credit enhanced bond by an IPP in India as well as the first Green Bond for financing renewable projects.
